Darin Dickson is the Senior Buyer for Video Game Software at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. His 16-year career spans many aspects of retailing in the electronics, entertainment, and photo industries. Darin was involved in some of the company’s earliest efforts to “go green” by testing new silver recovery systems in one-hour photo labs. In his current position, he serves on the Packaging Committee of Wal-Mart’s Electronics Sustainability Network and is challenging suppliers to reduce the amount of plastic used in packaging. Mr. Dickson joined Wal-Mart after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University in 1992.
